The technique of immobilization of quantum dots and nanocomposites obtained photosensitive SnO2/CdSe and ZnO / CdSe.<br> <br> At stage 3 works studied the photovoltaic properties of materials : wide- oxide semiconductor nanocrystalline SnO<sub>2</sub>, In<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>, ZnO, and semiconductor materials , sensitized CdSe quantum dots and CdTe. The spectral dependence of the photoconductivity . On the basis of sensitized materials created laboratory prototypes semiconductor gas sensors resistive type . A laboratory bench for measurement of sensory parameters of materials under conditions of illumination without heat .
