The systematic study of the crystal structure, microstructure , optical and electrical properties of materials. The influence of organic receptor on the crystallite size, the surface area, optical and electrical properties of materials. The thermal stability of hybrid nanocrystals according to the size of a crystallite semiconductor matrix in the range 3-20nm . The magnitude of the specific surface of the hybrid crystal which, depending on the crystallite size varies in the range 35 - 130 m2 / g The contribution of the surface conductivity of the transport of charge carriers in the semiconductor nanocrystals oxides shown that 3-15 nm crystallites conductivity changes in the conditions of adsorption is mainly due to intercrystalline barriers and form a depletion layer near the surface. Testing of the sensory properties of hybrid nanocrystals with different crystallite size on the test specimens in an atmosphere of calibration gas mixtures of H2 and CO concentrations in the range 300-1000 ppm in air. It is shown that the materials have chemical resistive type gas sensor with the optimum working temperature of 150 -200° C.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td class="Header" height="30"> <p class="webmaster">web-design: <a href="mailto:ddirin@rambler.ru" class="webmaster">ddirin@rambler.ru</a></p> </td> <td colspan="5" class="Header" height="30"> <p class="Contact">© 2008-2014 The Laboratory of chemistry and physics of sensor and semiconductor materials.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> <td valign="top" width="*"> <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td class="Header" height="155"> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <hr class="line1"> <hr class="line2"> <div class="divheader"></div> </body></html>
